For almost two decades, American guitar players have been some of our biggest supporters, and for almost two decades, we haven’t raised a single price. The price you paid in 2008 was the same price you paid in 2025.When President Trump unilaterally imposed onerous tariffs on our guitars, we had to raise prices for our US customers. And that really broke our hearts. Adding to the inflationary tax burden of our American friends was not helping us nor doing them a service.

On November 5th, 2025, the US Supreme Court is due to hear arguments as to the legality of taxing Americans through those tariffs.

We hope common sense and a non-partisan interpretation of the pertinent laws and the US Constitution prevail, resulting in the court upholding the lower court rulings. The tariffs will be ruled illegal.
