If one or the other doesn't arrive in your inbox, the first thing to do is to check your spam folder. If there's nothing there, the chance is your ISP blocked the message as possible spam at their server level. To create a new one-time login visit https://www.macmarr.com/user and click on the "Request new password" link. Enter the email you used to create the order when prompted. Check your inbox. The link in the inbox should allow you to access your account. PLEASE - make sure you reset that one-time password to something different. It only works for the initial login. IF you don't reset it you'll end up going through the whole process again.
