DREW from winnipeg reviews their MacKenzie and Marr Dionisio X Cedar Top Cutaway

I was looking for a steel string acoustic with a sound somewhere between a nylon string classical and a usual spruce top steel string. My search engine directed me to Mackenzie and Marr. The on line fingerstyle sound sample of the Dionisio X blew me away so I ordered one. It came in record time & I was once again blown away by the amazing sound. The looks are in the neighbourhood of as good as it gets. Playability was the best I'd ever encountered as was the build quality. Ok, so how am I qualified? I've been playing since 1966, and I've owned all the big name popular Gibson, Martin and Taylor acoustic guitars. There's not a one of them that I miss as long as I have my Dionisio X. Thank you Mackenzie and Marr and the dedicated craftsmen who build these splendid guitars.
